Best Barbecued Corn

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ears corn
  • butter or margarine
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pull husks back slightly and remove silk.
  • 2 replace husks.
  • 3 soak in corn in cold water for 15 minutes.
  • 4 build medium fire in bbq, electric grill, or gas.
  • 5 place corn on bbq, turning often 15 minutes or until kernels are tender.
  • 6 meanwhile, place a small saucepan with flameproof handle on grill and melt butter. stir in 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • 7 husk corn and serve with melted butter.
  • 8 season with salt and pepper.
