Best Barbecued Corn

Ingredients

- 8 ears corn
- butter or margarine
- parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 pull husks back slightly and remove silk.
- 2 replace husks.
- 3 soak in corn in cold water for 15 minutes.
- 4 build medium fire in bbq, electric grill, or gas.
- 5 place corn on bbq, turning often 15 minutes or until kernels are tender.
- 6 meanwhile, place a small saucepan with flameproof handle on grill and melt butter. stir in 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.
- 7 husk corn and serve with melted butter.
- 8 season with salt and pepper.
