Blushing Lamb Loin

Ingredients

- 10 ounces lamb loin
- 29 ounces peaches, halves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 salt and pepper your lamb loin and brown on both sides in a large frying pan. place the browned lamb in the crock pot.
- 2 drain the peach halves, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. place the drained peach halves on top of the lamb loin.
- 3 in a medium-sized bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup peach juice, and vinegar. pour over the peaches and lamb.
- 4 cook on low for 3-4 hours.
