Blushing Lamb Loin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 10 ounces lamb loin
  • 29 ounces peaches, halves
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 salt and pepper your lamb loin and brown on both sides in a large frying pan. place the browned lamb in the crock pot.
  • 2 drain the peach halves, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice. place the drained peach halves on top of the lamb loin.
  • 3 in a medium-sized bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup peach juice, and vinegar. pour over the peaches and lamb.
  • 4 cook on low for 3-4 hours.
