Tropical Carrot Raisin Salad
Ingredients

-  1 cup raisins 
-  1 pound carrots, shredded 
-  1/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice 
-  3 tablespoons shredded coconut 
-  1/4 teaspoon salt 
-  6 ounces reduced-fat pina colada yogurt 
-  1/4 cup mayonnaise

- soak raisins in a bowl of water until softened, about 20 minutes. drain.
