Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup millet
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 bring water to boil.
- 2 add all ingredients.
- 3 bring back to a boil stirring frequently.
- 4 cover and simmer over medium-low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
- 5 water should be absorbed and millet should be fluffy.
- 6 for slightly different flavor toast millet before cooking.
