Aloo Raita

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 500 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 100 g potatoes

Recipe

  • 1 blend together the yogurt, cumin, salt, and chili flakes.
  • 2 chill in fridge.
  • 3 cook potatoes in boiling water.
  • 4 peel and dice when cool.
  • 5 mix with the yogurt.and serve it.
