- 500 g low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 100 g potatoes
Recipe
- 1 blend together the yogurt, cumin, salt, and chili flakes.
- 2 chill in fridge.
- 3 cook potatoes in boiling water.
- 4 peel and dice when cool.
- 5 mix with the yogurt.and serve it.
