Banana Berry Cinnamon Cheese Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • splenda sugar substitute, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 blend together in blender.
