Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine banana, blueberries, and yogurt.
  • 2 blend on high speed until smooth. pour into two glasses; serve immediately.
