Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 10 -20 tomatoes 
- 3 gallons boiling water 
Recipe
- 1 -clean the tomatoes. 
- 2 -fill large pot with water, bring to a boil. 
- 3 -fill large bowl with cold water. 
- 4 -place some tomatoes into the boiling water. 
- 5 -stir them around 1-3 minutes, until you start to see the skin peel. (even if the skin is not peeling pull them from the hot water). 
- 6 -place all tomatoes in the bowl of cold water, let them cool. 
- 7 -take a knife and gouge out the stem, both ends. 
- 8 -pull off the skin of the tomato, remove the seeds if you would like. 
- 9 -quarter remaining, skinless tomato, place in a ziplock freezer bag.
