Bea's Garlic Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon savory
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs red fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  • 2 finely chop garlic, and sprinkle with salt. mash into a paste with back of spoon.
  • 3 place in bowl with thyme, savory and oil.
  • 4 toss potatoes with garlic mixture.
  • 5 place on foil lined baking sheet and bake until browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
