Bea's Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper
- salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon savory
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs red fingerling potatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- 2 finely chop garlic, and sprinkle with salt. mash into a paste with back of spoon.
- 3 place in bowl with thyme, savory and oil.
- 4 toss potatoes with garlic mixture.
- 5 place on foil lined baking sheet and bake until browned, about 20 to 25 minutes.
