• 1/3 cup syrup
• 1/3 cup raspberries
• 1/3 cup blackberry
• 10 strawberries, fresh and cut
• 1 banana, sliced

Recipe

• 1 place all cut up ingredients in a regular soup bowl and mix.
• 2 distribute fruit and syrup mix evenly throughout cupcake holders.
• 3 freeze for 5 hours in the freezer.
