Banana Bread

Ingredients

- 5 bananas (very ripe) 
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 
- 1 cup sugar 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
- 1/2 cup oil 
- 1 egg 
- 2 teaspoons baking soda 
- 2 teaspoons baking powder 
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 
- 1/4 cup sugar 
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
Recipe
- 1 mash up bananas, mix in sugar and oil. 
- 2 add sieved flour and mix it and the rest of the main ingredients together. 
- 3 pour into a well-greased 2-pound bread loaf tin, sprinkle topping on top. 
- 4 place bread tin into a casserole dish with a cup of water in it, and bake at 325f for 40 minutes.
