Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 -3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil (as needed)
- salt and pepper
- romano cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 lightly oil shallow ovenproof casserole dish.
- 3 cut cauliflower into florets and put in a single layer in the prepared casserole dish.
- 4 sprinkle with the minced garlic.
- 5 squeeze the juice of a lemon over the top of cauliflower.
- 6 drizzle each piece with olive oil.
- 7 sprinkle with salt& pepper.
- 8 place in the preheated oven, uncovered, for about 10-15 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
- 9 test with kitchen fork for desired doneness.
- 10 remove and sprinkle generously with romano cheese.
