Asparagus Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 snap off the ends of the asparagus.arrange in a 10*15 baking pan with sides.drizzle with olive oil.
- 2 broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
- 3 sprinkle with sugar,salt and pepper.
- 4 i have found that using other veggies will work.i have added cherry tomatos, small onions and red or yellow veggies.
