Another Rhubarb Jam Recipe

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 cups finely chopped rhubarb
  • 6 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (19 ounce) can crushed pineapple, including juices
  • 2 (85 g) boxes jello gelatin (chose from-cranberry or strawberry or raspberry)

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan mix together the rhubarb, sugar and can of pineapple.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 turn down to a gentle boil and cook stirring often for 30 minutes.
  • 4 remove from the heat and stir in the jello.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 put in hot sterilized jars.
  • 7 store in cool place or refrigerator.
