Baked Rhubarb

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs rhubarb (4 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cut the rhubarb into 1 inch pieces.
  • 2 do not peel the pink and tender rhubarb.
  • 3 place the cut rhubarb in a casserole dish or baking dish.
