Berry Smooth Shake Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup milk, cold
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 -5 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 put berries and milk in the blender. blend on medium for about 1 minute to get the berries really blended into the milk.
  • 2 add yoghurt, honey, banana and vanilla. blend at medium until well mixed, roughly 30 seconds.
  • 3 add in ice cubes. pulse a few times or start on low, then go to medium to get the ice cubes chopped up and well distributed through the smoothie.
