Berry Smooth Shake Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen raspberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup milk, cold
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 banana
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 -5 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 put berries and milk in the blender. blend on medium for about 1 minute to get the berries really blended into the milk.
- 2 add yoghurt, honey, banana and vanilla. blend at medium until well mixed, roughly 30 seconds.
- 3 add in ice cubes. pulse a few times or start on low, then go to medium to get the ice cubes chopped up and well distributed through the smoothie.
