Ingredients

- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 put all in blender, except water.
- 2 blend well.
- 3 add boiling water & continue blending.
- 4 put in top of double boiler & continue stirring until sauce is thick.
- 5 remove from heat immediatly.
- 6 can be kept in refrigerator & reheated.
