Blender Hollandaise

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 put all in blender, except water.
  • 2 blend well.
  • 3 add boiling water & continue blending.
  • 4 put in top of double boiler & continue stirring until sauce is thick.
  • 5 remove from heat immediatly.
  • 6 can be kept in refrigerator & reheated.
