Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled sparkling wine
- 3 cups blood orange juice (from 12 blood oranges)
- 2/3 cup light rum (not dark rum)
- 1 navel orange, halved lengthwise, then sliced crosswise
Recipe
- 1 stir together all ingredients in a pitcher and serve over ice.
- 2 note: blood-orange juice can be squeezed 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
