15 Minute Chili And Rice Wraps

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 bring chili and water to boil in medium saucepan.
  • 2 stir in rice.
  • 3 cover.
  • 4 cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • 5 spoon approx 1/2 cup chili mixture onto each tortilla.
  • 6 top with cheese and sour cream, and fold up.
