- 1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
- 4 flour tortillas
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
Recipe
- 1 bring chili and water to boil in medium saucepan.
- 2 stir in rice.
- 3 cover.
- 4 cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- 5 spoon approx 1/2 cup chili mixture onto each tortilla.
- 6 top with cheese and sour cream, and fold up.
