- 12 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 slices centered cut bacon
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place broccoli in a large pan of boiling water. cook three to five minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender; drain. fry bacon in a non-stick skillet. remove bacon with slotted spoon and crumble. add broccoli, bacon, salt, and pepper to bacon drippings. coat broccoli. cook for one minute.
