Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup yogurt (he uses plain i use vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup milk (i use vanilla flavored soy milk)
  • 1 ripe banana

Recipe

  • 1 put it all in the blender and blend until smooth.
