Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 small banana
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 cup dried cranberries
- 2 large egg whites
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven or toaster oven to 350.
- 2 prepare a muffin tin.
- 3 mash the banana in a bowl.
- 4 mix in the dry ingredients.
- 5 add egg whites and mix well.
- 6 pour into muffin tins.
- 7 bake 15 minutes at 250.
- 8 makes 2 large or 4 small muffins.
