Bread Machine Buttermilk And Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk, plus
• 1 tablespoon buttermilk (at room temperature)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, at room temperature, cut into small pieces
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon yeast

Recipe

• 1 put all ingredients in bread machine for 1 1/2 lb.
• 2 loaf in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
• 3 bake using whole wheat cycle.
