Ingredients

- 1 lb cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fruit wine (raspberry and strawberry work well)
- sugar, to taste
Recipe
- 1 bring wine to a boil.
- 2 stir in sugar.
- 3 add cranberries.
- 4 stir regularly.
- 5 cranberries will "pop" and mixture will form a sauce.
- 6 continue cooking until sauce thickens.
- 7 add more sugar to taste.
- 8 can be made with 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 cup water.
