Amazing Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
• 3/4 cup liquid egg substitute
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 4 ounces fat free cream cheese
• 1/3 cup hersheys cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit. spray a 9 inch springform pan with cooking spray.
• 2 in food processor, place cottage cheese, egg substitute, sugar, cream cheese, cocoa and vanilla.
• 3 process until smooth.
• 4 pour into prepared pan.
• 5 bake 35-40 minutes or until edges are set and center is not jiggly (it may crack).
• 6 cool completely.
• 7 cover, refrigerate until chilled. remove side of pan and serve.
