Ingredients
- 12 green peppers
- 12 red peppers
- 12 medium onions
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons salt
Recipe
- 1 remove seeds and cores and chop all peppers finely.
- 2 peel onions and chop finely
- 3 cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
- 4 drain and add the vinegar, sugar and salt.
- 5 pour into hot jars and seal.
- 6 process 5 minutes.
