Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (this is your preferred blend)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in the order given together, thoroughly.
- 2 use them to saute any vegetables for mexican foods, or on meats as desired.
