- 1/8 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup skim milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 lightly coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
- 3 in a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- 4 pour into baking dish.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes or until brown- serve hot.
