Bell Pepper Hash

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1/8 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 lightly coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
  • 3 in a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  • 4 pour into baking dish.
  • 5 bake for 30 minutes or until brown- serve hot.
