Blender Peach Butter

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs peaches
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove

Recipe

  • 1 remove skins and pits from fresh peaches and cut peaches into chunks, then process the peaches in a blender at high speed until smooth.
  • 2 you may have to repeat this several times so you don't overload the blender.
  • 3 transfer peaches and remaining ingredients to a dutch oven.
  • 4 heat on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  • 5 boil for 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  • 6 remove from heat.
  • 7 ladle mixture into jars, leaving 1/4 inch space at top.
  • 8 adjust caps.
  • 9 process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
