Blender Peach Butter

Ingredients
- 6 lbs peaches
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
Recipe
- 1 remove skins and pits from fresh peaches and cut peaches into chunks, then process the peaches in a blender at high speed until smooth.
- 2 you may have to repeat this several times so you don't overload the blender.
- 3 transfer peaches and remaining ingredients to a dutch oven.
- 4 heat on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- 5 boil for 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
- 6 remove from heat.
- 7 ladle mixture into jars, leaving 1/4 inch space at top.
- 8 adjust caps.
- 9 process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
