15-minute Microwaved Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place the rice in a strainer and rinse it well under cold running water.
  • 2 combine the rice and broth in a microwave-safe bowl.
