Banana Oatie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, chilled
  • 1 banana (frozen if thicker smoothie is desired)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients.
  • 2 add ice to thicken.
