- 2 medium bananas
- 6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate unsweetened
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup yogurt, low-fat
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice bananas.
- 2 put into a blender or food processor.
- 3 add remaining ingredients.
- 4 cover and blend until foamy.
- 5 pour into small paper cups and freeze.
- 6 to eat, squeeze bottom of cup.
