Banana Orange Frozen Push-ups

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup yogurt, low-fat

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice bananas.
  • 2 put into a blender or food processor.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 cover and blend until foamy.
  • 5 pour into small paper cups and freeze.
