Banana Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 3/4 ounces orange juice
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend.
