Black Currant Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 4 ounces black currants (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 pour into a glass and serve.
