• 2 tablespoons dark beer or 2 tablespoons beer
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour

• 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons molasses
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
