- 1 cup black-eyed peas, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 mix peas, flour, egg, and sage.
- 2 shape into 8 patties.
- 3 heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- 4 cook patties in oil over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
