Bread Machine Beetroot Bread

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1 cup grated raw beetroot
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon soft butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon easy-blend dried yeast
Recipe
- 1 add the ingredients in the order listed or according to instructions of your bread machine.
- 2 set the machine to the basic setting with medium crust.
- 3 check whilst the machine is kneading the dough, if needed scrape the dough on the sides down with a spatula.
- 4 when cycle is finished, turn out the bread on to a wire rack to cool.
