Bread Machine Beetroot Bread

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup grated raw beetroot
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon easy-blend dried yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add the ingredients in the order listed or according to instructions of your bread machine.
  • 2 set the machine to the basic setting with medium crust.
  • 3 check whilst the machine is kneading the dough, if needed scrape the dough on the sides down with a spatula.
  • 4 when cycle is finished, turn out the bread on to a wire rack to cool.
