Avocado Frappe

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 ripe medium avocado
  • 3 tablespoons packed palm sugar or 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup plain soymilk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender. whirl until smooth and thick. pour into tall glass and serve.
