Barker's Pizza Dough

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons water, lukewarm
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 ounce dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 combine water and milk and add yeast and sugar.
- 2 stir to dissolve and let rest about 5 minutes.
- 3 mix in olive oil, salt, and wheat flour.
- 4 add flour to a workable dough.
- 5 knead about 5 minutes and form into a ball.
- 6 place in a boil that's been "oiled" with about 1/2 tbsp olive oil.
- 7 cover with damp towl and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
- 8 punch down dough and form to fit pan and sauce and "top".
- 9 bake 500 f for 8-10 minutes.
