Berry Bliss

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup plain soymilk
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Recipe

  • 1 mix six ice cubes with the first two ingredients. blend the remaining ingredients with the first mixture until desired consistency.
