Better Than A Normal Tomato Sandwich

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices of good bread
  • 2 slices fresh tomatoes
  • 1 slice red onion
  • mayonnaise
  • basil (dry or fresh)
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 on a griddle, cook onions with non-stick spray until soft.
  • 2 add bread to the griddle a little before the onions are softened.
  • 3 after the bread gets a little crispy, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each slice.
  • 4 layer tomatos on one slice of the bread and lightly salt the tomatos.
  • 5 cover the tomatos with the onions from the griddle.
  • 6 sprinkle the veggies with basil to taste.
  • 7 top it all with the second slice of bread and njoy.
