Blue Monkey Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 -10 ounces frozen blueberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 14 g protein powder
  • 10 fluid ounces apple juice (1 small bottle)
  • 4 -8 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients except ice cubes to blender (or tall beaker, if using immersion blender).
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 add ice cubes until desired consistency is reached.
