Ingredients
- 8 -10 ounces frozen blueberries
- 1 large banana
- 14 g protein powder
- 10 fluid ounces apple juice (1 small bottle)
- 4 -8 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except ice cubes to blender (or tall beaker, if using immersion blender).
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 add ice cubes until desired consistency is reached.
