Ingredients

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup ice water
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Recipe
- 1 place all into a blender and blend till frosty smooth.
