Applesauce Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 36
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups applesauce
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon clove
• 1 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

• 1 cream margarine and sugar. add eggs and applesauce blending well.
• 2 add dry ingredients and fold in raisins and nuts.
• 3 chill 1 hour.
• 4 bake on greased cookie sheet 350° for( 10-15 minutes do not over cook--cookies should be slightly moist looking on top).
