Baked Rice Pilaf

Total Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granule

Recipe

  • 1 combine above ingredients in square 8 inch baking dish.
  • 2 cover and bake 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
  • 3 stir after 25 minutes.
