Ingredients

- 2 cups bulgur wheat
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 bring the water to a boil.
- 2 add the salt and the bulgur.
- 3 cover.
- 4 turn the heat to low, so that it's simmering.
- 5 let simmer for 15 minutes, until all the water is absorbed.
- 6 enjoy!
