Berry Smoothie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 put ingredients in blender (i find the order listed works well).
  • 2 blend until smooth & enjoy.
