Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup amaranth
- salt
Recipe
- 1 combine water, the amaranth, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 25 minutes or until all the water is abosorbed.
- 3 serve like rice.
