Baked Sweetcorn With Mint Dip Ww 2.5 Points

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium corn on the cob, husks removed
  • 150 g low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 drops tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200c
  • 2 wrap each cob in a piece of foil. cook in the oven for 15-20 mins or until kernels are tender.
  • 3 make the sauce by mixing together all the ingredients and then season to taste. serve as a dipping sauce with the corn on the cob.
