Bavarian-style Sauerkraut

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed

Recipe

  • 1 drain the sauerkraut.
  • 2 place in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 warm slowly over very low heat.
  • 4 serves warm over sausages.
